Until you
know the things you should do before you sleep, everyday of your life will keep
remaining the same, because there is no new thing done before the opening of
another day that is why you should do some vital things before you sleep.
All the
things you need to do before you sleep is centered on preparation for the next
day. The first thing you should always do before you sleep is;
1.
Think
about how the day went
One thing
that makes you above or higher than your equals is knowing what they don’t
know, right from the morning when you woke and now you want to sleep or before
you sleep, many activities that involved you took place. The reason why you
should think about the day is for you learn and also know the place you did not
get it right and the place you did right, those aspect you made mistake try to
provide solution to them. Try to remember the things people told you about
especially if they complained about any of your attitude or behavior..
If you had a
good day know the things that made it good and keep it up but if you had a bad
one, just be sober and think of how to make the next day a good one, that’s
what shows you are wise.
2.
Write out things you need to do and achieve
the next day
Write the
things you need to do the next day, if you can cultivate the habit of writing
the things you want to achieve the next day, it will always encourage and motivate
you. This is mostly importance for people who are forgetful but even at that
you can never on your own remember all the things you want to do or achieve
until you write them down.
3.
Study
Studying before
you sleep is very importance because as you study you obtain knowledge and
wisdom which will always defend you. Studying before you sleep is for you to
learn something new, our world is just changing new things are being invented
and more new things are also needed that’s why you need to learn new things so
that you can fit to this world that is always changing.
Before sleeping
there are two thing you need to study;

The Bible
Try to at
lease study one chapter of the bible everyday before you sleep, meditate on it
and ask God for direction. In this world we need power that will keep on
sustaining us through this days that is why we need to know the word of God so
that it will strengthen us and make us strong. As young people we can overcome
things which normal young people could not overcome.

Read books or important things
If you are a
student try to study at least one topic on any subject of your choice before
you sleep, it will always help you to cope with your studies. You can also read things that will transform your
life for good and make you a better person.
But in all
after studying your bible make sure you read another book, either your school
book or magazine that has to do with things happening around you. And never

as to cope with the world which is changing everyday.
4.
Think
about how to change the world
The moment
you think you start getting ideas of different forms. Majority of the things
the world needs to know for it to be better is not yet known (discovered) that
is why you should always think, your ideas are importance. Start your ideas it
will transform your life first before changing the world.
As you are
thinking about how to change the world also think about how to expand God’s world
to the people in the world. Many people are still ignorant of God’s word so
lets help to reach it to them. Don’t because of criticism allow your food ideas
to die in you. Start your ideas they will add positive meaning to our world.
People are
seriously suffering, even if you are not suffering, please; help us to change
lives in turn changing you world.

you need to invite people to this site for them to know the things they need to
know so that they can perform thereby changing our world for good. Tell people
about the things that will transform them, start touching lives positively so
that our world will change for good all this cannot be done if you don’t always

Pray
Life
is more about spiritual than physical that is why we need to embrace God more
through prayer. Get closer to Him, He will always be there for you, He will
always lead you and He will always help you.
Before
you sleep make sure you pray!!! Always end your day with prayer and always
start with prayer. Make sure you do these things they will improve your life.
Chatting
at night is very good and fun but whatever it is that will not allow you to do
these things you need to do, for you to get better is a distraction, please don’t
allow anything even laziness make you not to do this things before you sleep.
