1. Shawn Mendes,17

He is a Canadian singer that put videos of himself singing on the video sharing app called Vine. After a while a video manager noticed him and he shortly after that ended up signing a record contract. He opened for Taylor Swift at her 1989 tour. The song “Believe” was sang by Shawn for the movie Descendants. He is the youngest singer to get on the top 25 of the Billboard Hot 100 list. He also won the teen choice award in 2014. The debut single of his “Life of the Party” ended up being a huge hit for him with his fans.

2. Katie Ledecky, 18

She is an American swimmer that has broken ten world records so far in different swimming divisions of the sport. Also a nine-time world champion and an Olympic gold medallist. Winning a total of 15 medals is a huge honor and was given the world’s swimmer of the year award in 2013 along with many other awards the following year. At eighteen years old she has accomplished so much because she worked hard to reach her dream goal and I would say she has a long way to go with her success and will accomplish a lot more in years to come.

3. Joshua Wong,19

He is a student activist from Hong Kong and the founder of the group Scholarism. The teen goes to Open University in Hong Kong and was listed by Forbes to be on of the world’s greatest leaders. His father is a middle class man that encouraged the boy to stand up for classes that were underprivileged along with doing the right thing. In 2014 he was in the Time Magazine cover.

4.Zendaya,19

At such a young age this young woman has seemed to accomplish so many things. She is an actress plus has released a self titled album that hit number fifty one of the Billboard charts. She is always going to be most known for her role on the disney channel show, “Shake it Up”. Now she plays as K.C. on the hit disney channel show “K.C. Undercover”.

5. Maisie Williams,18

When she auditioned for the role for the Games Of Thrones movie as the actor Arya Stark she did not know how big the show would be. In two thousand and twelve she got the Portal Awards for the Best Supporting Actress. She also got the BBC Radio 1 Teen Award in two thousand and fifteen for the Best British Actor . She has earned other nominations. The movie was the first role that she had ever professionally done.she is said to be playing in the video game The Last Of Us. She is one amongst the Top 10 Most Influential Teens in The World 2017.

6. Amandla Stenberg,17

An american actress who played in The Hunger Games in two thousand and twelve. In two thousand and eleven she was praised for young Cataleya in Colombiana. She has been called one of the most incendiary voices of her generation. She turned into a social activist after doing a video project for school. The video was Don’t Cash Crop My Cornrows and it was pretty much about black lives. She is outspoken about racial discrimination against black people.

7. Ahmed Mohamed,14

A fourteen year old going to MacArthur High School was thought to have brought a bomb to school that was a electronic clock. He wanted to show it to his teacher and he got reported to the principal. The police questioned him for almost two hours then sent him to a juvenile detention facility. He was a kid who become a victim of racial profiling and Islamophobia. The fact that it happened spread getting a lot of attention and widespread criticism.

8.Rowan Blanchard,14

Playing on the Disney Channel in the show Girl Meets World that was made off of Boy Meets World. She started acting at only five years of age. She played in Best Friend Whenever, Invisible Sister and Spy Kids. she is very outspoken about a lot of things like feminism and human rights. She is outspoken about gun violence. She spoke at the UN Women and the Us National Committee’s annual conference.

9.Malala Yousafzai, 18

This girl was shot in the head because of advocating education for women. She was shot by the Taliban.it sparked a widespread of support for her. She survived being shot and has emerged as an activist for female education. She was crown in two thousand thirteen for being the most famous teenager in the world. She was also featured in Time Magazine’s three times for “The 100 Most Influential People in the World. This all happened in the years of two thousand thirteen, two thousand fourteen, and two thousand fifteen.
